CURRICULUM VITAE

Looking back on the path that has led me here today, I realize several things that were previously hidden.

What seems unexpected is the forgotten interest in games that gave me the first programming experience.

No less remarkable is the fact that among the many areas that I have ever been engaged in over the years of my career, there was nothing close to the original interest.

Having realized how inattentive I was to myself and to what gives me pure joy, I am looking for a job in the field of game development, where I hope to find my place and people who share similar values and interest.

ООО Калоброн

Developer

At the dawn of the emergence and mass spread of the Internet in the country, I got a job as a software developer in a company that owns several offline stores selling household appliances.

The company set itself a task that seemed challenging in those days: "to organize sales of household appliances online and achieve revenue no less than sales in offline outlets." Despite the skepticism of several shareholders, the goal was achieved in just a year.

Responsibilities:

  • Adaptation of the selected solution to the company's processes and goals, interface localization
  • Design and development of solutions for the integration of the online store with the accounting software used in the company

  • Technical support for users and staff in case of any  technical issues
  • Software solution maintenance and support (online store component security updates, backups, bug fixing, etc)

The distant past

Being the happy owner of a primitive computer, I enjoyed looking at the running lines of code on the screen as games were loaded from the tape into the memory of a smart machine.

The presence of friends with a similar situation predetermined the competitive characteristic of our communication and the subsequent exchange of technical knowledge, the only source of which at that time was personal experience.

Our first programs were written in Basic and imitated the interfaces of popular DOS programs (for example, Norton Commander). It seemed very funny to replace the program on the computer of some friends and enjoy watching how the familiar interface behaves weird in their hands.

PRO BONO PROJECTS

I regularly provide assistance to various cultural (and not only) institutions experiencing difficulties in organising technical resources and processes on a pro bono basis.

2018-2025

One of the four relevant art schools available to people who want to get an education in the field of contemporary art. • Development of school websites, technical support
  • Integration with various services (mailing list, CRM, etc.)
  • Improvements according to the requirements of an ever-changing world

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a spark of life in the hopelessly outdated theater website
  • Organize regular data backups, allowing everyone to sleep well
  • Add new features to the website, keeping the level of technical tone comparable to expensive solutions in this area
  • Create integrations with other services (ticket sales, mailing system, etc.)

Filial Cafe,
Microbe Cafe
